Dr. Debra Hall-Parkinson is a dedicated and compassionate Consultant Paediatrician committed to providing exceptional care for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents. She is known for her warm personality, accessibility, and strong relationships with the families she serves, particularly those welcoming newborns into their families.
Dr. Hall-Parkinson attended Campion College, where she was inspired by the school’s motto, “Strong in Faith and Work.” She subsequently pursued higher education at Howard University in Washington, D.C., earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with First Class Honours. She later returned to Jamaica to pursue her medical training and dedicate her career to child health.
A strong advocate for newborn and infant care, Dr. Hall-Parkinson attends in-hospital deliveries, ensuring seamless medical support for newborns from their very first moments of life. She currently serves as the Treasurer of the Paediatric Association of Jamaica, contributing to the advancement of paediatric healthcare across the country.
