4.2 Licence Granted by Providers
By submitting, claiming, editing, updating, uploading, or otherwise contributing content to a Listing, the provider grants consultthedoc.com a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to:

Only providers maintaining an active paid subscription plan designated by consultthedoc.com shall be entitled to directly edit, modify, update, manage, or control published Listings through the provider dashboard.
Providers without an active paid subscription shall not have editing rights.
Non-subscribing providers may request corrections to factual inaccuracies by contacting consultthedoc.com. The Website reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether any requested changes will be made.
4.6 Expiry or Cancellation of Subscription
Upon cancellation, suspension, termination, or expiry of a paid subscription:
All editing rights shall immediately cease;
The Listing shall remain published on the Website;
consultthedoc.com may continue displaying, updating, supplementing, editing, or maintaining the Listing;
The provider shall have no right to demand removal, deletion, transfer, or exclusive control of the Listing;
