Dr. Oluwatomilayo Bewaji Edokpa is a compassionate and accomplished Consultant Paediatrician with a special interest in paediatric dermatology, neonatal health, and child advocacy. She is the Founder and Director of Bola Health Medical Centre, a multi-specialty healthcare facility in Kingston providing comprehensive paediatric, general practice, dental, and special needs services to children and families.

Dr. Bewaji Edokpa is committed to delivering high-quality, family-centred care and is passionate about improving children’s health outcomes through clinical excellence, health education, and research. As a recipient of the prestigious Chevening Scholarship, she pursued advanced training at the internationally renowned St John’s Institute of Dermatology, King’s College London, where she completed a Master’s Degree in Clinical Dermatology and was awarded Best Research Dissertation for her outstanding academic achievement.

Her unique combination of expertise in both paediatrics and dermatology enables her to provide specialized care for children with a wide range of skin conditions, many of which require a nuanced understanding of childhood development and disease presentation.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Bewaji Edokpa has played an important role in shaping child health policy and services in Jamaica. She previously served as a Technical Consultant in Neonatal Health and Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (PMTCT) with the Ministry of Health and Wellness and currently serves as the Secretary of the Paediatric Association of Jamaica. She remains deeply committed to advancing child health through leadership, research, and community education.
